I loved this! It was super spicy, but also had a good amount of plot.

I liked this book because i love a reverse age gap moment. Everyone was of age and it never went creepy. Yes, it was more smut than plot but it wasn't only smut. There was refreshingly more plot than I anticipated.

I liked both Erica and Troy. Erica had a good story and while there were gaps it worked. Troy was hot

I have just discovered I don’t like the older women younger man trope from this book and that’s on me. I don’t mean to be sexist but it is what it is. Also the fact that it’s her friends son is so icky to me. I get that’s the whole taboo element of this book but if I was her friend I would fucking murder her.

Also Erika did not seem like a 40 year old women!! At one point she says she feels like a virgin but then two seconds later she is dominating Troy. Also there is SO MUCH emphasis on how young she looks and how she has big tits and it just got annoying. Troy also didn’t seem like Erika’s equal. She treated him like a child and once again one minute he would be submissive and then the next chapter he would be dominant and it didn’t make sense.

I liked that there was external plot but I also wish there was more relationship development which was my complaint with the first one. I don’t believe this couple truly loves each other because what do we know besides the fact they both like music?

I’m starting to think this author just isn’t for me.

Hot, hot, hot! I'm always up for an OW/YM age gap story & this one did not disappoint. And add in the fact that it's her best friend's son? Yes please. Absolutely loved Troy & Erika together. A Must read for any fan of this trope. Excellent narration by Tim Paige & Tara Langella (new to me narrator).
