I really enjoyed this!

***It took me a long time to read this book because I was in a reading slump and not because it was a bad book ***

This book was everything! Juliette Cross never fails to write THE MOST amazing hero’s that are equally sexy and sweet. I loved loved loved Nico SO MUCH.

Read for the Tarot Readathon (July 10-24, 2021).

I waited months for this to come out, knowing full well that I will love this. And now, I'm so happy that not only did I enjoy it, it made into one of my favorite books of all-time.

I love Nico. If Violet hasn't staken her claim on him, I would've died for him. But really, I love both Nico and Violet.

This book was full of angst and is very hot. It's definitely my favorite book from the series so far. I love how simple and not dramatic these books are. They have good conflicts but not to the point that it's over the top.

I highly recommend this book and the entire series! It's a bit sad that I have to wait for I don't know how long before I can read the next book/s. I'm sure they will be worth the wait though.

I really enjoyed this book, it was great to watch the evolution of their relationship and I loved seeing the characters we already know and love.

It was a super sweet romance going from friends to lovers. As always the drama came in the later half of the book so it's definitely more romance heavy.

Trigger warnings: death, violence, kidnapping

I had been waiting for this book since the first one in the series. As side characters, Nick and Violet's chemistry was already shouting from the page and I can confirm that it was even more apparent in this book. I loved their story so a lot! Violet is one of my favorite Savoie sisters, she's spunky and wild and real. She's fierce and loyal and just and I just loved reading from her perspective. Nick, on the other hand, has a very steadfast way about him. I loved how he treated Violet and I really liked his honesty and patience. They were just so cute together! haha. The only thing that gave me pause was the wolf pack plot line. I thought it was really interesting how Violet was working magic with tattoos, but kidnapping for kidnappings sake isn't fun. I wish there would've been another type of resolution.
