An odd issue, but it achieves a lot so I forgive it. Not sure I bought Jughead's role in this given the past issues, but this was really about Archie and Betty's development together and apart. Wish Sayid had more screentime, as it were. Feel like he's just an obligatory obstacle rather than a true romantic rival for Archie.

Funny how veronica can only sing while looking at archie, battle of the bands was great but poor everyone else. Well betty and archie finally talked, sort off, but it might turn against them if their partners get jealous. Poor Sayid... And veronica, I guess... Hope it all works out.

New artist starting from this issue will need a bit of time to get used to, but so far so good.
The little chapter titles/header every other page or so were a bit much, though. But the story was as great as ever. Waid is making one hell of a job.
