This book is going to get three stars from me. Comparing this to some of Flynn's other books such as [b:American Assassin|7959473|American Assassin (Mitch Rapp #11)|Vince Flynn|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1282009169s/7959473.jpg|11771611] or even [b:The Third Option|184661|The Third Option (Mitch Rapp, #2)|Vince Flynn|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1172522995s/184661.jpg|3267366], the plot was very big on politics and the battle in Washington. It did have some great twists and had some good action moments, but there were times that were rather dull and seemed to be a bit drawn out. Like usual though, Flynn keeps you entertained and wanting to read more, I just can't say this was as great a book as some of the other Mitch Rapp novels!
Another good Mitch Rapp book. For a quick and exciting read, this is a great option.
6h book in the series and better than book 5. Really enjoying the stories and mystery and excitement of the novels.

Good ole Mitch Rapp is at it again. However, times are changing for the super assassin, or, so we are lead to believe. Knowing there are another seven or eight books I highly doubt things will calm down.

I like this series, but this book wasn't as good as previous. The "love story" is shallow and poorly written.
The pace picks up towards the second half. A fast packed political thriller. I enjoyed it.
