4 stars - It was really good
This was another sexy and sweet daddy kink story. I was so excited to jump right into Six’s story because after meeting him in the first book I couldn’t wait to see him find his perfect boy.
Six is a club enforcer and a very quiet and private man. We really get to see him open up in this book and show how much of a teddy bear he can be. I loved seeing this protective Dom admit his feelings for Ollie. Ollie is a sassy and fun man who brings a lot of fun to those around him. I loved how loyal of a friend he was and his instant friendship with Cj.
Ollie and Six were the perfect partners. Their kinks matched perfectly and they fell in love fast. I loved that while Six was controlling, he never tried to change Ollie’s personality and sassiness. These two were just another wonderful couple that steamed up the pages. Overall, I am really enjoying this series and can’t wait to see the other members fall in love now.
Trigger Warnings: domestic violence on page and referenced; mild violence; abusive parent referenced; Parricide mentioned;

This one was just okay. Didn’t really feel anything special in the D/b relationship compared to similarly written stories. I did like how Ollie took care of Six equally as much. Everything else was a little underwhelming, even the steam.

Ollie is such a fun character, and this book was just straight enjoyable. I did not want to put it down, I just read straight through it. CJ and Ollie are amazing best friends, and I just love this little family that this club has created.

I love a good MC story and I really loved the first book in this series. Tank and CJ were just so perfect and endearing that it was hard not to root for them. So, needless to say, I was very excited to read the next book especially since it involved Six finding his perfect boy.
I did enjoy the book, but there was just something missing. I'm not even sure if I can articulate exactly what it was. From the first meeting to the eventual HEA, I just didn't feel the same emotional connection between Six and Ollie that we saw in the first book. I also would have liked to have seen the service kink play out a little bit more. The sex scenes were hot though. These two were fire and I did enjoy seeing Six's kink for watching brought into their relationship. Six's backstory is tragic but did help me understand him a little bit more. The way that Ollie understood Six's reaction and was able to help him after responding to a DV call was amazing.
All in all, it was a good read. I enjoy the world that is being created and how these big burly bikers are really loving, caring softies who are there for people being abused. I am really looking forward to reading the novella between Rooster and Emmett. I've already preordered it- lol. It seems like we can expect and eventual Tomas, Vinnie, and Mason pairing. That should be interesting.

I loved this. Six is such an awesome character I adored his development.
Lots of kink, but not overly descriptive of the fun times.
Maybe a 1.5 -2 on the spice scale.

This romance was just as sweet as the first one in this series. I'm so glad we got Six's book second because I loved Ollie and his outrageousness! I'm glad that we got to see a bit more of the motorcycle club and what they do in this one. There's so many characters that I want to get their own books! I'm super glad that Houston's book is next!
Graphic: Sexual content, Domestic abuse, Homophobia, Violence, and Physical abuse
Moderate: Abandonment and Toxic relationship

I keep saying that Daddy/boy kink isn't my thing but I notice I read a lot of it. Kiki Clark though is such a great writer though that I enjoy hers better than others I've read. It doesn't sound as, whiny (for lack of a better word), as so many others do to me. Also, there tends to me more depth and story in the relationship and book as a whole.
I loved Six and Ollie together. They were sweetness and fire. While their relationship definitely was more of a TPE it still felt a little light as far TPE goes, but this is not a complaint just an observation.
Looking forward to Houston and Ken's story next!
