it was funny and interesting enough that I continued the series, no brain power was needed it was easy and a nice break in between some heavier reads.
This was the worst fucking book that I’ve read, the main characters had no depth and brought up the same shit every time they spoke. ISOBEL WAS SO DRY AND COULD NOT HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE. Does the author think they can put absolutely nothing in the first book would make the reader want to relive the awful experience again In the second book?????
If I had to read Isobel say she didn’t know how to respond in every serious conversation with Noah when he was discussing his mediocre granddaddy issues I think I would vomit. is this is the second time booktok has let me down
