maybe the story gets better in the other books? but i genuinely can’t read anymore.
- spiking someone’s drink just to “test them” in order to make sure they’re “fit for the team” is not hot.
- taking advantage of and making out with said person against their will due to them being spiked is not hot.
- constantly making threats because you’re “psychotic and quirky” is not hot.
- the casual use of the f slur towards a gay character not once, but TWICE is not hot.
the fact people like this book is beyond me. the only reason this gets another star is because south carolina is mentioned lmao
