I re read this and actually enjoyed it more the second time, i took the time to let everything sink in and honestly it was so worth jt. Especially with knowing what happens next and how the seeds were sown go get to there. I cannot wait for NH3

this was fine! i was confused for most of it but still enjoyed it. the vibes are great. idk i think i expected more?? i feel like it’s a pretty hyped book so i think i’m feeling underwhelmed. but overall not bad! i think i’ll read the second one eventually. will definitely read more of bardugo’s books.

Slow at the beginning but then it got so good. There’s a lot of dark elements in this so definitely read the trigger warnings first! But damn this was a fun read and I can’t wait to read the next. Perfect for spooky season.
