I honestly could not finish it. It wasn't poorly written it was actually very well written and easy to read it's just some of the situations in the book were really disturbing.

i would...not recommend this book for a multitude of reasons, but primarily because it's so disturbing (and not in a good way). there was genuinely parts where i felt nauseous reading.
going into this book, i was well aware it was going to be a lot to process, but i didn't know it was going to go in the direction that it went. there was some scenes that it simply went way too far.
trigger warnings:
- severe animal cruelty
- gore revolving animals
- gory, disturbing sexual situations
- deterioration of mental health
- loss of a loved one
- mentions of suicide
- cannibalism
- domestic violence
