Characters are all very deep, metaphor and storyline are really great as well.

After having completed the original novel, this graphic version fits perfectly. It seems to fix holes in the novelized version of visualization (not that this was a massive issue, just a minor). Overall, just a spectacular read.

This is a very impactful graphic novel, and a really interesting and unique way to combine poetry with pictures. I think this tells a powerful story, in an accessible and illuminating format whether the pictures speak as loud as the poetry.
