Y'all, if you haven't met the Bergman family yet you're seriously missing out. Book 6 in the series follows the youngest sibling, Ziggy, and Seb in a wonderful fake friends to real friends to lovers romance.

I absolutely loved getting to know more about Ziggy as an adult and learn who she truly was. In the previous books she's just the baby of the family and I enjoyed watching her come into her own and show her family who she is now that she's grown up. And Seb, sweet, tortured, total softie underneath Seb. He had SUCH good character growth throughout the story with shedding his bad boy image, overcoming the adversities of his childhood, and becoming a man truly deserving of Ziggy.

This one is a slow burn but so so worth it!

A fairly done cliche

I adore this series and I was super excited to read this one. But the truth is: this is kind a bad. I understand Chloe already said the discussion and thoughts about romance, feelings etc. is more importante than the story it self, but this was already pushing it. Sebastian was felt more like a plot device than a character. Similar to what I felt readin Ren's story.  It also had a lot of cringe-worth scenes, but that's not necessaraly a problem for me. Overall, It was fun and I will read the next one.

chloe never misses!! i was beyond excited when she noticed that ziggy's book was the next one and i LOVED this one! my rating is a more of a reflection of the slump i was in when i read this. i didn't enjoy it as much as i know i would have due to that :( ziggy&seb are EVERYTHING!! i am an absolute whore for a tattooed, grumpy hero and ughhhh seb delivered. my favorite moment: the google alert scene between seb and ren, iykyk. also THE SMUT?!?!?! ziggy did not have to go so hard, like mommy???? ;)

⚠️:  alcoholism, chronic illness rep (mmc + celiac disease), autism rep (fmc), emotional abuse, child abuse, alcohol, vomit, pregnancy (not mc), bullying, car accident, injury/injury detail

Here's what I liked:
  • The autism and casual bi and pan rep
  • The dual POV
  • The fact that Seb got therapy and "improved"
  • Ziggy. Love her.
  • Ren and Frankie cameos (love love loved their book, always only you)
  • Just in general the mental health portrayal
  • The romantic relationship was so very cute

In spite of this, i found myself bored for most of the book and desperate for it to end. But this could've very likely been because of the mood i was in while reading it.
