This was such a sweet and spicy read!! It's such a great short story with fated mates with a secret hanging between them. Just loved it!!

I enjoy Sarah Honey's books, and this was a fun one. I liked the premise of the story being that the the MCs meet through very legal and well regulated sex work. The characters were really great and well developed for a relatively shortish story. They were both vulnerable and possessive in their own way, and the fated mates trope was well written. I also really liked the side character of Liz, who stood up to her boss and looked out for her clients.

This was a fun, fast, adorable, and sexy read. The premise was a little silly and I'm not sure I get why werewolves *need* a companion service, but I was more than willing to let that go. The characters were interesting and the slice-of-life plot entertaining. I will admit that the words 'hot' and 'baby' were *way* overused to the point of being distracting (would readers who don't have editor-brain notice this? dunno). The conflict wasn't terribly conflicty and the resolution felt too easy and not earned, but there's a lot of give in the whole fated mates thing so I'm not really complaining all that much.

Contractually Yours is an enjoyable short read. The book is super steamy but also really sweet and charming, with lovable characters and plenty of "Awww," moments. It is an insta-lust/attraction but since it is a fated mates trope, that makes sense. The only reason I gave this 4.5 stars is because I would have liked an epilogue, or extra chapter that says what happens next for the characters. The ending is ok, it just feels like there could be more since a lot of things are going to happen with the characters and the relationship. maybe we will get lucky and get another short story or have them appear in another book.
