Very insightful that I intend to look for reflect on how I grow professionally, reframing each bias that I "inadvertently" nurture inside that it affects even my personal life. Or is it the other way around?

A very digestible and comprehensive view of how bias can impact a workplace. This is a great book for people new to this topic and I think this book can be used as a great training tool for leadership at a company.
