I could not get into this one. It took me days to read it and it was just because I am persistent that I finished it.

I enjoyed the banter, but the third person threw me off. It didn't fit this book and ruined it for me.
Mason was a bit of a wuss and the hopeless romantic persona didn't fit his B level fame and panty dropping looks. Make him a nerdy science guy, not a sex symbol.

I was tired of the push and pull by the end. This book was just exhausting, and I'd like to forget it now.

3.5 stars! Overall, this was every rom com thing put together, which was super fun. I do think it starts a little slow, as I was really struggling to get into this book and find motivation to read it. Similarly, I felt the ending kind of dragged on and was slightly unnecessary? I did think it was a cute book, just one I don’t feel the need to read again

The main characters, Sawyer and Mason were cute. I enjoyed the fun they had together and also how they opened up to each other.  Supporting characters were both comic relief and also helped guide the main characters in their journey to happy ever after. There were times the spicy scenes lost me.  Perhaps it was my lack of imagination but I would start wondering...they were here and then how are they in that position...wait...what? Anyway, sometimes I couldn't figure it out.

Fine. Sweet but forgettable. I felt like Sawyer’s POV worked better for me than Mason’s did and the conflict in the final act felt forced or at least out of proportion.
