Overall the world and magic system were up to standard with Brandy Sandy, but the pacing of this series was all over the place. It seemed like Kenton never learned the lessons he preached until the very end, and others instantly learned

As with the other two graphic novels in the trilogy, this feels shallow compared to other Sanderson books. I'd love to read a traditional novel set in this world. The art is wonderful and feels almost gritty, as would befit a sandy world. After reading the trilogy I feel like there is still too much unexplained and unexplored.

This review is for all three White Sand graphic novels. It's ok.
I either can't hold my attention on graphic novels, or the story wasn't really that interesting to me.
It had some fun in it, the characters were interesting enough to remember who they were and what their motivations were. But the biggest reason I kept going was because it was part of the cosmere. Unfortunately, it just wasn't a huge hit. There's rumors that a novel adaption may come out, I hope Sanderson's writing really do it justice!

I desperately need to talk about Aarik with someone. Why have I seen no cosmere fans talk about these characters outside of Khriss??
