The premise is this story is so interesting. But by about 2/3 of the way in I just wanted to tell this book to go sit in the corner and think about what it’s done.

A solid, pulpy fun. Genetic engineering, big money, explosions, and general mayhem. Predictable but fun.

This was a great, exciting book! I don't usually read police procedurals but I'm glad I gave this one a chance because it was so good. I don't know how plausible the whole premise is but the author sure did a good job of selling it.

3.5 stars. The problems I had were: a large chunk of this book was a police procedural, (not a huge fan of those) and the relationship developed between the two leads seem a bit out of nowhere. I was disappointed about shoehorning in a romantic relationship. However, the rest of the book was a trip!

Ohk it was a great book. But I have a question. Why weren’t there any footprints at the first crime scene!!!!!
