I didn't agree with all the perspectives in this story. Or maybe it was more that I didn't always understand the dynamic of the relationships in the story. Having a daughter with a skin condition I was able to have discussions with her while reading
I did enjoy seeing the young girl gain self-esteem, I wish she had just been the mentor and not had a relationship with the brother. I did not like his reaction to his her truth at all and that aspect distracted me from enjoying the rest of the story.
