I've slowly been trying to get into sci-fi, and this was a great start. I was not sure about the mixed media format, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. I ordered the next 2 books, and I might give the audiobooks a try.
Макар все още да съм силно разтърсена от финала и като цяло от книгата мисля, че съм способна да изкажа адекватно мнение.
Начинът по който беше направена книгата ми допадна, но и ми докара леко главоболие накрая. Първоначално ми беше трудно да се свържа емоционално с героите и съм щастлива, че успях когато напреднах в действието.
От началото на годината не съм чела книга която да ме държи в напрежение по такъв начин.
До последно държах надеждата, че....това е спойлер.
Както и да е да го кажем, че се надявах един човек е жив и накрая се оказа, че е и бях дива и щастлива.
КАЗИМ не го понасях до самия край и все още негодувам за някой от постъпките му.
Интересно ми е какво ще се случи в Гемина и я започвам веднага щом се прибера.
Препоръчвам горещо за фенове на sсi-fi жанра.

Fun read. Liked the hidden ‘Laini Taylor’ on the file heading lol
This was a full cast audiobook and it was *freaking incredible*. I’d never listened to a full cast audiobook before and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to go back.
3.5/5 - Very cool format but not that immersive.
Of course, the format was super cool and I really enjoyed how different it was but it made me feel disconnected from the characters. It’s just not for me.
I wouldn’t read this again and I’m not even going to finish the series.

I really wanted to enjoy this book... The format was very interesting, and it seemed like it had potential... But I got about 100 pages in and I just did not care - about the story (there didn't seem to be one) or the characters (they were barely even introduced and didn't actually have personalities). Maybe it gets more interesting further down the line but I just did not care enough to continue it
First off, the format of this book was so creative. It added a whole new element to this story that I haven't really seen in any other books I've read. The story itself was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish, and it definitely kept me on my toes and kept me interested. I couldn't put it down.
