Could not get myself to finish this book. Just wasn’t for me. The writing isn’t my style and the way they meet is just not believable. Not invested in the characters.
I think dark rom coms are my new faves.. why was this so funny?! Honestly had such a good time reading this, it’s dark and twisted but Josh and Aly are absolutely hilarious together. The plot was really good as well, spice was
Dnf’d at 59%, I liked Aly and Josh separately but couldn’t give two F’s about the relationship or the build up. Then the plot took a turn I don’t think it needed to take and I just was no longer even interested in the story since I was already barely invested.
If you loved this book I love that for you, I wish I did too it just wasn’t for me I guess.

I thought I didn’t like dark romance? But I liked this? Even though she has sex with a knife handle? And has some blood lust? I dunno. Probably need therapy. But I enjoyed the plot and smut even though it was not my norm. Only for those into dark smut

I read this bc it was a meme and with that in mind it wasn’t the worst. However I do not like the main guys name being Josh. A terrible boring name and reminded me of the wine meme. I think I am not the target audience but the dedication made me lol. The serial killer thing … underwhelming
