This is weird because I loved reading this but I don't have much to say????
What I can say though is that this book broke my heart, stomped on it, burned it a little and then pieced it all back together. That's how good it is.

Tough review. I liked the unique aspects of this story but for the second time in a row I am more focused on Rebecca and Nate. It was nice to see Lauren with a heart and struggles. Not bad.

I binged read Rookie Move, Hard Hitter, and now Pipe Dreams.
Pipe Dreams is definitely my favorite of the three. Lauren and Beacon's story was just so heartbreaking and then they get a second chance and I just SWOONED!! I love them together that ending was the sweetest.
I'm adding Pipe Dreams to my list of top favorites by Sarina Bowen.

Solid second chance romance. Mike and Lauren were meant to be until he shredded her heart. His reasons were solid but what he did was horrible.
I hated that her life had been completely derailed by Mike's abandonment. Although she didn't hide or give up her dreams but she shut off her emotions and gave up on relationships.
I appreciated that Elsa was not all rainbow and sunshine with her dad having a girlfriend. I loved the way they bonded and how the letter assisted.
I really love these hockey books and this group is a great one.
