Emery è una donna forte, una mamma single che fa di tutto per riuscire a sopravvivere nonostante le mille difficoltà.
È la storia di due persone che affrontano situazioni dolorose e difficili, ma il loro incontro cambia le vite di entrambi. Finalmente riescono a trovare qualcuno in grado di comprendere ciò che hanno passato, in modo da non sentirsi più soli nel proprio dolore e trovare conforto l’uno nelle braccia dell'altro. Inoltre ho trovato molto dolce il modo in cui Emily e Oliver per conoscersi meglio decidono di giocare con le loro playlist.
Adoro leggere libri in cui i personaggi crescono e cambiano capitolo dopo capitolo. È stata una lettura emozionante e coinvolgente che ho letteralmente divorato e che consiglio moltissimo!

Holy shit….I try not to curse on my posts but holy shit. This was my first Brittainy Cherry novel and it. Did. Not. Disappoint.
I was floored by how beautiful this book was. Oliver and Emery were two broken people who went through more shit than they deserved. I just wanted to hug them both so many times while reading.
While this book was definitely emotional the love that manifested and formed between Oliver and Emery was so so beautiful. Oliver was everything and more, he was such a great partner and so fucking sweet that it melted my heart. The healing and love that was in this book took my breath away.
Ugh this book definitely gave me all the feels and the epilogue made me cry. To say I loved this book would be an understatement. If you don’t pick up this book then you’re missing out.

So much love!!!! I love how music brings people together. I wish that more about Emery's singing ability had come out as well as more on her culinary skills but I will never not love books by BC.
