4.5 stars and a worthy ending to this series! Compelling and engrossing; I had to get to the conclusion. Kudos to the authors for avoiding easy stereotypes and lazy storytelling, too. Marvelous!
The Frieda Klein thriller serie is for me a masterpiece. The character development, the ambiance and the plot fit perfect together. The books had everything: suspense, action, emotions and - with this book - a thrilling climax. Nicci French developed a memorable protagonist in the character of Frieda Klein.
satisfying ending! poor dumb lola. sad to be done with frieda, as much as her personality grated at times. her motley crew of friends were well explored and fun (except for olivia, olivia you're terrible). a great series.
This was a very good thriller. Freida is, as usual, a very interesting character. The story moves quickly along with lots of twists and turns. It keeps you guessing again and again. A real thrill ride.

Wauw. De hele reeks gelezen. Niet elk deel was even goed. Toch was elk boek het waard te lezen met dit als einde.
