This book was AMAZING! For once the guy is a good guy from jump street. Side note, if we could all have ourselves a Cruz, the world would be a better place! I loved how REAL and down to earth Tennessee is.

This book dabbled with teenage pregnancy and all of the drama that surrounds that, small town drama, and a single mom getting her happily ever after.

I personally loved how LJ shows you that you should never judge a book by it cover. Love doesn’t discriminate and never worry about someone else’s opinions on your life, live for you (that’s EXACTLY what Tennessee and Cruz did!).

If you want to read a book where the author has you belly laughing and falling in love with the characters and their story, look no further, LJ is your girl and this is your book! LJ’s character development and story line is ALWAYS on point, you won’t be disappointed!

First half is very amusing, second half has issues such as mansplaining, some sexism, lots of stereotyping ...

LJ wrote a good guy!

Listen, I'll read anything this woman writes for the rest of time anyway, but Cruz was like, a REALLY great guy, and it was super refreshing! I'm a sucker for bully romance, and am usually not into super sweet guys in books - too mushy, and soft - but she wrote a nice guy in her own LJ way, and it was a fantastic read!

Super fun enemies to lovers book! Perfect if you’re looking for a quick and easy romance read. Messy Nessy is the town screw up, and Cruz Costello is the golden boy. When they’re siblings get married the two families go on a cruise, and that’s where things take a turn and start to get very interesting.

It was just okay, I didn't really connect with any of the characters and didn't feel invested in the story.

OMG the best, and funniest book I have read in a long time.
This is the story of Cruz and Tennessee. They live in a small town where everyone knows everyone and they know everything about everyone. Cruz and Tennessee couldn't be more different. Cruz is the golden boy of the town and Tennessee is the girl no one wants.

Tennessee a single mom is just trying to raise her son, as a single mom, the best that she can. When you live a small town you can't make a mistake because no one lets you forget Tennessee got pregnant when she was 16 which has made her the town pariah.

The siblings of these two are getting married. and the families are taking a cruise together. Tennessee is to get the tickets for both herself and Cruz. Which she does but for the wrong ship. This is where you really get to know each of them.

This was a cute and very funny story. It had me laughing and mad at the entire town all at the same time. Oh wait did I forget to mention that her ex and baby-daddy has also returned to town. I am telling you this story is one that everyone should read. There is something in here that everyone can relate to.

3.5 - overall I had mix feelings about where the story went. The best part was the first 30% when they were actually on the cruise and rest was meh. The family drama was a little too much and a bit annoying. Cruz was a push over most of the time and Tennessee was blah at best. Not my favorite LJ story.
