Fun! Though some may say absurd.

This is just fun. Full of whimsey and fun art.

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful! Neil never disappoints, no matter the audience he is writing for. This book could be read to a toddler as well as read by an older child. The illustrations are also spectacular and reminded me of the "Edge Chronicles" another favorite of mine.

This is a stupid, silly, juvenile book.
I loved it.

Buy it for all the kids you know who are too old for the Chu's Day series.
Just do it, you can't go wrong.

I highly recommend the audio book read by Neil Gaiman; although take a look at the illustrations if you get the chance...especially the last few pages. d:

This is the sort of book I'd love to read to my children. Wish there was a dutch translation...

I'm pretty sure that if I'd read this as a kid, it would have been one of my favouritest books.
