Read the last chapter to get the main points because I wasn’t interested in the lifestyle framing of the content.

Not interesting to me. Changes promoted in this book I'm not willing to make to my life.

The author suggests leaky gut causes autism (debunked a decade before publication). She also suggests her anti inflammation diet can lower asthma, depression, anxiety, gender identity (wtf?!)... There's a lot of fat phobia too.

I was excited to read about battling burnout, but this book is all about buying organic food from bezos whole foods.

There's also seemingly conflicting information about artificial sweeteners and soy.

I don't understand this book.

not a book on burnout and energy loss, but a diet book with a fuckton of fearmongering and misinformation and so much wellness gospel
