The fact that these are all PNR stories makes me fall more in love with this anthology.
PNR has always and will FOREVER be my first book love.
I absolutely need this paperback when it becomes available.

I’ll be adding as I go along, but I just NEED to talk about Devil’s Darling by SL Jennings.
This author. She continues and continues to knock it out of the park.
If you’ve read her Se7en Sinners series, then you know who our main characters are. Luc and Michael.
You heard that right. LUCIFER IS BACK!
And he’s better than ever.
The adventures between these two bothers was in its own ball park. The hilarity between them was comedic gold. I’m going to need more of them because it was perfection. We get to meet a new character and this person brings exactly what Luc and Michael were missing.
And, the ending?? I’ll say it again, YOU NEED TO READ THE SE7EV SINNER SERIES. Because, that ending left me with my jaw on the floor and begging for more.
Well done!

DYAVOL by Amo Jones
This short is only giving you a small piece of information on what this author’s new PNR Duet will be about.
Gaaah! I want to curse this author! She is always leaving me craving more and more. Just when the story was getting good and we finally see who these men that are around Tatyana are, it abruptly ends.
I believe this is Amo Jones’ first time writing PNR. I was instantly intrigued. The small world and character building was amazing. And, like I said, it left me craving more. Already added her full length part 1 novel to my TBR because I already know it’s one I’ll have to read and devour.

On a Cold Winter’s Night by Kim Loraine
Why are these shorts ending like this?!?! I need more info!
Gabriel and Ruby’s story captivated me right away. I need to know more about this angel and witch! What is going to happen to Ruby when she gets her memory back? How will Gabriel make it back to her? WHAT ELSE IS MICHAEL HIDING FROM THE PREMONITION?

Hot, fun and so crazy good. Anthology's aren't normally my thing but when your favorite authors are in one you read it right. These stories are all awesome and I hope that these stories have continuations at some point.

4.5 stars. While most of the stories were amazing a couple just felt unresolved and while I like that it keeps you wanting more the release to the book in the series is months away.

If you want to write an anthology full of unfinished stories as a way to market yourself, fine. Do it, but don't try to sell it as completed stories. It's intentionally misleading, dishonest, and shows a lack of integrity. I pre-ordered this book and was very hopeful about finding some new authors to read, but after reading the submissions by two authors (unfinished stories) whom I already read religiously, I put the damn thing down in anger. I get marketing, I do. There is a lot of competition in indie publishing and you have to work hard to get, and keep readers.

But you know what pisses me off even more than the misleading unfinished stories? Is that they are hooks for series that these authors haven't even started writing! Seriously? That's over the top annoying. And then to use the charitable donation as a way to get your stupid little hooks to us? That's just fucking low. Please don't act like this was some altruistic move to help people in need. It was marketing, pure and simple. Crappy marketing, but marketing nonetheless.

This anthology is amazing! Not only does my paranormal romance loving heart swoon hard for this anthology, but I have also been introduced to some incredible new authors that I cannot wait to read more from.

I was initially and particularly interested in this anthology for S.L. Jennings short story that was a continuation of her Se7en Sinners series and damn, it definitely did not disappoint. I love Luc so much. He calls to my dark, paranormal loving heart and you can’t help but swoon and obsess over the Devil himself. Michael was a hoot! He was like a little kid in a candy store, everything new, shiny and forbidden. And Darling, she was such a sweetheart. Trying to get through life with nothing but scraps and still seeing the good in life and the simplest of things. Just amazing!

This anthology is worth every penny, every amount of time, and all for a good cause too.

3-Stars -- Jessica Florence – Hero Holiday Trials

This was a cute story. I would have liked to seen A.J get a full-length book of his own since he has been around since the beginning, but this short story was sweet, so I will try not to complain too much (lol).

2-Stars Amelia Hutchins – Oh, Holy Knight (Wicked Knights Series)

OK, so this story confused the hell of out me. First, I thought it was going to be a complete short story, but it was just the beginning of a new series coming in 2019. Second, I am not sure if I was supposed to like Callaghan or hate him? There were a little too many acrimonious exchanges between him and Erie for me to feel any connection between them apart from the sexual, and even that felt forced a lot of the time. Oh well, I guess I will have to wait and see what happens when the full-length book comes out...

3-Stars S.L. Jennings – Devil’s Darling (A Se7en Sinners Short)

This was another confusing as fuck story. I liked it, but I have NO clue if Darling is supposed to be Lucifers heroine or some chick he seems to be pining for? If it is the chick he is pining for, then EWWW on the whole sex scene with Darling. *lol*

2-Stars R. Scarlett – The Winter Solstice

OMG...another frigging glimpse of a new book coming. I thought this was supposed to be a collection of short stories, not just tiny samples of books to come! Sigh...
