I read this book when I was very little and recently found an old copy, identical to the one I owned as a little girl, at a used book store and had to pick it up. One of my very favorites. Love it!

Just as adorable as the first Pooh book, The House at Pooh Corner is a true depiction of what it is to be a child who grows up.

I love these books SO MUCH. The adorableness and charm is too much to handle. I've found that these children's classics still make the perfect bed-time stories even as an adult. I listened to the audiobook before bed and it was the ideal way to decompress after a long day at work, because the stories are always guranteed to bring a smile to your face and transport you to a whimsical world of friendship, adventure and imagination.

Audiobook: I listened to the audiobook narrated by Peter Dennis through my library app (Libby). I loved the narration and the sound effects (the birdsong, wind, trickling water etc.), which brought the story to life in a wonderful way. My only criticism is be the high-pitched squeak that the narrator used for Roo's voice, which was slightly irritating.
