A Great Book To Read With Your Girlfriends At A Sleepover
I loved this so so much the second time around! I can't wait to read the rest of them.
Update 9/26/19:
I am 29 years old reading this book for the third time and I love it even more than I did before. This series is like a hot cup of coffee on a cold autumn morning for me. So comfortable and cozy, and reading it feels like coming back home after being away for a long time. I hope I never grow out of it. Love love love.

The story lines had all been done before (minus the pants but the author pulled it off pretty well. Bailey's story and character were overly cliche especially but bearable.
The main character's were well crafted and developped. They all had interesting personalities and back stories. I especially though Lena was well done.
I found it a bit overrated. It was good but not amazing and definitely not a must-read.
Then again, I tend to consider things must-reads that most teenagers don't.

this book was very cute, but sometimes questionable. STRONG 2000's vibes, which was cool. lena, bridget, carmen, and tibby had such a cool friendship, the type that all girls wish they had. the concept of the 'magic pants' was incredibly unrealistic but that made it all the better because everything was carried out so well. i consider this a fun book that's good to read at any time, but spring and summer especially because that's when the book is set.
overall, it was cute, fun, and mostly light, but there were some slow moments and some questionable ones. 4 stars, would recommend if you're looking for something not so serious!

This book is just so nostalgic and feel-good!! It was exactly what I needed right now. It has its flaws of course, but I just love the positive relationships between the girls, the MAGIC PANTS, and just the heart of this story! They all had their ups and downs throughout the story but managed to come out on top and could learn & grow. This is still such an enjoyable & easy read! I'm excited to reread the second book and then read the last three for the first time! I am definitely in the mood for a more light-hearted read and this definitely hit the spot!
