 I can't say this is an incredible story or writing, but it was life changing for me as a teen. Rereading now as an adult was very nostalgic and brought me back to happy summers filled with friends and adventures.

I was expecting a little more comedy in this. Not expecting so many adult-type themes. But this story was very well-written, with only a few dramatic touches (one came about ten pages before the end). Liked seeing how the four girls grew up over the summer. Looking forward to the next three editions.
