I like this book but I didn't love it. The Story was fun but I didn't found myself on the edge of my seat. The Story was a little predictable but overall enjoyable enough for a light read.

It’s an interesting take on the Disney movie of Aladdin however, I’m not sure when the last time the author saw the movie was. They was some of the characters initial personalities was written was well….out of character. Especially Genie. The ending felt like there should have been more to the story but there isn’t and won’t be. A fun, quick read but not the best.

I absolutely loved the ease there was when getting into the story, we already know these characters so there was no build up needed or whatever... however I just got bored around the 60% mark, I finished it and definitely would recommend for a more YA audience but I read this as a palette cleanser after WoR and maybe that was a mistake.
