I wanted to like this book, but when the entire plot hangs on multiple characters not opening their mouth and communicating, over and over again....I just can't. The miscommunication trope is becoming one giant red flag for me.

If you can get past that, or don't mind it, this story is kinda hot and lots of fun. But my rating is for me and I can't get past that.

Adorable storyline, but I think I would've liked it better if there were a few more conversations between the MCs.

4.5? Such a fun read. Love the insta love and the interspecies banter. Very ipb/avatar mixed with omegaverse. The first chapter or two had me SOOO hooked

DNF 20% - I've read non-con alien daddies have more chemistry with their stolen boys than this "mistaken for omega and kidnapped" situation. Zero chemistry between main couple and I'm just supposed to root for the alien to
Spoiler win the human omega in a gladiator-style tournament? When they've not even interacted face-to-face for more than 5 minutes? Absolutely not. Got no time for that kind of nonsense.

I liked how alpha omega dynamics were woven into the alien culture itself. Was enjoyable to read about this other culture and trying to understand their customs. The angst towards the end of the novel was well down. I was eagerly waiting for the next volume.

4 stars purely because of Saar, my sweet cinnamon roll alien. He was perfect! I found Alex annoying because he literally didn’t do anything for their relationship. I loved Saar’s family and their interactions between each other.

Sweet, sexy, and full of cultural faux pas. Many books have been written in line with the alien/kidnapped omega trope but Sienna Sway still managed to offer their own twist without the story feeling overly redundant. I look forward to reading more work from this author.
