I enjoyed this, but found the self-help portions to be a little forced. Regardless, I think this will resonate with so many readers! 

I read the audiobook, which I really enjoyed, but I did miss looking at the work being discussed. Frida is an artist and fashion queen, so the visual is necessary if you're not familiar with her work!
