I do so love Alexei and Sean and it's a treat seeing their relationship building! Was going for full on 4 stars (too long a sex scene for such a short story, I was more interesting in those two talking and connecting than f*k!ng, so 1 star off) but I was kinda miffed with Sean admonishing Alexei when he defended him, so another half star gone.

A BURNING DESIRE was a really sweet moment between Alexei and Sean as they go on their first official date. After their last mission, which was both brutal and filled with stress and betrayal, it was nice to see them relax and spend time together. I especially love how much Alexei can cluster Sean and they're just so sweet together.

5 stars - I loved it!

A short and steamy first date for Sean and Alexei. I love how much Alexei spoils Sean. Also I loved that he gave him flowers! Make men getting flowers more commonplace please!

Alexei and Sean finally have their date! This was a wonderful short story that had everything I love about Sean and Alexei’s relationship: humor, hot sex, tenderness, and an intense, obsessive possessiveness that they mutually share with each other. This short story was a wonderful treat for all the fans of the Metahuman series.
