I generally don't get satire. I tend to think it is boring. And so it is with Orlando. This is apparently a satirical novel, but I found it wordy and boring. That's a shame, because I find the premise fascinating.

Great read to completely lose yourself in another time of this world. A bit confusing but the confusion is part of the weird and immersive experience, I think

I enjoyed lots of bits of this, mostly Orlando’s trajectory, but most of the time Woolf was endlessly narrating or adding to the biography frame, I didn’t really gaf. Sorry Virginia
