The book is a bit slow, but certainly interesting enough to keep reading. If you’re not into inflicted pain or historic torture methods, I don’t recommend this. The characters will keep you invested and either loving or hating them.

The Green Mile was a fantastic book. However, because it’s not typically the kind of story I read, I struggled through it. The movie is practically spot on, and I will continue to watch the movie again and again.
