Okay....first of all.....SPICY AS I'LL GET OUT!!!!!!!

I knew that going in that it would be spicy but MY FACE IS STILL RED!!!!! The storyline is intriguing and had me all excited to go on.

Akihito is a journalist photographer following Asami, a big mafia drug lord. Akihito thinks he's being smart and hiding away while he snaps pictures, but Asami is one smart guy and is onto him from the beginning. What starts out as innocent journalism, turns into an intense and hot game of cat and mouse.

I will warn you, this isn't for the faint of heart. There's a bit of non-consensual sex, kidnapping, and drug use.

Will I keep reading? Probably yes because I'm curious where this story is going. If you can handle the trigger warnings and the spice, this would be the title for Yaoi lovers!

Not for me.

The premise is interesting but the non-con and assault were off putting to me personally.

This Manga was not good. The amount of non consensual sex was not good. The only good part which was like 10% of the story was when the main character was investigating the gangs.

This rating and review are for all of the completed series.

Read it because one comment I read on Twitter that say someone is not a real fujoshi if she never read Viewfinder. Feels my Fujoshi pride being attacked (lol), I finally search it online and read its mangascan, wondering what's so good about this story many of my (fujoshi) friends seems to love it.

And well, yeah, it's good, but not what I expect it.

First, the artwork is supebly splendid, enough to make me eyegasm just at the sight of Asami (YOU one hell of sexy man, you damn ASAMI!) and the fanservice is good, if not loads of it (Asami topless showoffs his drool-worthy six-packs, anyone?). The story's actually pretty good, too, with yakuza theme (and again HOT yakuza boss involves here).

Butbutbut, somehow I feel this story still held yaoi manga stereotypes so strictly. Tall and dark seme (not that I mind, tho), and a helpless, lean and lusty-body-owner uke that always need to get his ass swapped, and rape-turned-to-love storyline.

At early chapters, before the Hong Kong arc, I was happy to see Akihito so badass and seems like he can handle himself. But then, kidnapping after kidnapping begin and I feel Akihito's character become less and less powerful. He was just like, just screaming for Asami to come. He's more and more weak and submissive during his time under Fei Long surfeilance. And when he finally reunited with Asami, BANG! Drama ensues. The hot sex afterward make it up, though.

So yeah, it's good and eyes-heaven (ASAMI!) but still makes me bored with all of the long-dragging drama and angst. Akihito, stop being a whore and whine about it later! You can only be one, not both!

MM Spicy manga, quite kinky.

Mafia Boss & A Journalist.

I'm here for the spice not the plot so I enjoyed it.

Okay, so I read this just because I didn't wanna leave my bed this morning and normally I wouldn't publically say I read these types of books, but i was able to read and I wanted to mark it. Firstly, there's a lot non-consential sex and it's very kinky, so I don't recommend it. (which is probably why I stopped reading it the first time I discovered it.) The actual premise and storyline of the yaoi is what makes me pick it up again this morning, and the reason for the rating. It's actually 2.5 stars . (Btw it is the English version)

All the side stories are much better than the main one. What’s with the noncon being brushed off like it’s no big deal.

Forgot how the older BL is toxic, I have the rest of the series to read since I got it on sale years ago.
