I enjoyed this spin off in the Heston U world. I loved Iced Out so I really liked getting to see some of the characters that were in that book being featured!
I loved how supportive Cole was with Eve and knew what she needed, sometimes before even she did.
This was a brother’s best friend + he works for her dad so a lot of the relationship was a secret. This was my main complaint with the book; at one point I was screaming at the characters to just tell her brother and dad!!
Other than this, it was a sweet and spicy read and I can’t wait for more of this universe.

I’ve been waiting for this book and it did not disappoint!! Worth the wait!

Lord have mercy Y’all! This book has some next level texting going on. Cole the MMC, oh my goodness, he was the total sweet and spicy package. Eve is just the sweetest and has the absolute best personality. These two were truly made for each other. Their banter was top notch and made the whole entire book, I LOVE banter! It was funny how they kept “matching” on dating sites. It was like they were perfect for each other and they really were!
This was such a fun read, it will have you swooning one second then fanning yourself the next. Veronica knows how to deliver a page turner. You will not want to put this one down. It is a sweet, funny, feel-good romance with tons of spice. This was first book by her but it definitely won’t be my last. I highly recommend you check this one out.
