In this one, we are wrapping up what happened in the first book, and it was intense seeing it play out, and I couldn't get enough of it. However, there should've been more, especially with Demi's dad. He should've been followed through a little bit more. I really liked the tone and everything that happened in the first book, and this one just left me needing more; it would've been better to combine with the first book and the story just wrapped up in one book or have something else going on in this one. It felt like nothing wasn't anything happening in this one, especially compared to everything that started in the first book.
