Much more a novella or long '' short'' story....it is a lovely read with some superb prose and imagery . I always wonder when reading a translation , how much is down to the original author vs the translator in terms of beautiful description and strong moving language. No matter in this case , take an hour of your life and read this....its a bit mystical, erotic and quite beautiful .
