Reading about more mature couples always makes me feel better.
I loved the way Siena tackled the infertility issue and how some readers dislike pregnancy tropes.
Another thing I liked was Jenner's and Evie's character development, I felt them grow from start to finish and seeing mentions of their relationship in Maddox's book really made me feel like they grew as characters through out the book.
Looking forward to more books by Siena and maybe more sightings of the couple and kids in future books.

This book was a breathtaking rollercoaster of emotions, and I was clinging to the pages like a life raft! It dives deep into the heart-wrenching world of fertility struggles. We reunite with Jenner and Evie from "A Bunny for the Bench Boss." Oh, Jenner is a total sweetheart, pouring all his love into Evie, but his heart shatters like a glass on the ice! Meanwhile, Evie thinks Jenner threw in the towel, so she skates away, convinced adoption is her best play, but boy, does she hit a rough patch and takes a wild turn!
Now, I’m not usually one for hockey romances, but Siena Trap’s books are the kind that’ll have you cheering from the bleachers!

This was a wonderful read! I'm always down for a good sports romance read and this one didn't disappoint but it was so much more than that! It was an emotional read and it definitely touches on some heavy topics but the part I enjoyed the most was that it was honest and straightforward! Jenner and Evie's relationship was not always easy but you could feel the love and respect that they had for each other. Even when they weren't together that never changed! This was a great read! Thank you Happily Booked Pr and Siena Trap for sharing this book with me!
I don’t know if I should be happy or angry with Siena with the amount of times she made me cry in this book!
