I enjoyed this story more than I thought I would! It was a great story about a couple reconnecting and working through tough situations and experiences. Although I don’t think this was the most outstanding book, I did really enjoy reading it.

This story was so incredible. There was tooth aching sweetness and a touch of spice that was oh so satisfying. I found myself ugly sobbing at multiple points in the book before the MCs are just perfect for each other and this story was a wonderful ride.

Ugh. Siena has, once again, ruined my life in the best way.
I absolutely adored Jenner and Evie's second chance.
I loved seeing such a big focus being on the mental health struggles that both characters were facing, and how they support each other through that, and have the support of their found family.
The underlying takeaway from Frozen Heart Face-Off is that the perfect life you wish for doesn't just get served up on a silver platter.
Sometimes, it is served on a surfboard, carried by an otter wearing a hard hat who starts singing "Flowers" by Miley Cyrus.
Not the way you expected; and that's okay.
Eventually, life works out just as it should - it just takes patience (and maybe a whole lot of love).
I laughed, I cried, I smiled, I kicked my feet; I did a whole lot of emoting and THAT'S what I'm here for.

This story really pulled at my heartstrings; the emotions are genuine and intense, and I found some parts of the book challenging to read despite having checked the warnings. After reaching out to the author, I felt encouraged to finish the book, and I'm glad that I did. It's a really well-written book with compelling character development.
I'm already looking forward to what's coming next.

This was such a beautiful story that hit extra close to home. This book talks about the very sensitive topic of infertility so please check your trigger warnings. My husband and I struggled to conceive our first child, so it was especially emotional reading about Evie & Jenner’s journey. I couldn’t put it down and thoroughly enjoyed this book. Definitely recommend.
