A little tedious towards the end, but I just love the narrator, so that makes up for it.

The themes of graphic birth scenes, widows, marine buddies always with time to run to Virgin River are getting old. I think I’ll need to take a break from this series for awhile. This one was not as well written as others with some time inconsistencies and repetitive scenes.

I love the series. Co-worker and I are both reading it and compare notes.
You would think it was a soap opera on television.

Re-read 2024: skipping this one during this re-read, I'm just not feeling the unnecessary Paul drama

I've been waiting on this book and I really, really wish it focused on Vanni and Paul more...

Second Chance Pass is another good book in the Virgin River series. Like other readers I had a difficult time getting into the story line of Vanni and Paul. The two characters didn’t click with me as much as first few books story lines. Can’t wait to see what comes up in the next book.
