I DNF this book because when they talked about children and other things i cannot say is the moment i stopped reading it and the plot was not grabbing me like i thought it would. I will give credit to the author for the twists and turns..

I understand that this is outlined in a world of fantasy (Wonderland) but there were some elements that could have been a little more grounded.

I would have liked to see a little more character development, but the inclusion of mental issues revolving child abuse was appreciated. Assistance was accessable but was not obtained was problematic for me. /

This book needs a trigger warning list a mile long, luckily I have no triggers. There were so many aspects of this book that I enjoyed, specifically the revenge plot. That being said, it just wasn't the book for me.

As Dolly, Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite stories, so I'm always eager to read all kinds of retellings or books inspired by it. And Sick Fux was one of my favorites, in a dark way. 
 I loved Rabbit and Dolly was the cutest and they make such a good couple in their own toxic and dark way. Loved to see them getting revenge from those who abused them.
