This was genuinely one of the saddest reads ever. When I read that the ml passed away I let out a scream, closed the book and just stared at the wall to process the information.

It's a wholesome story. Not mind-blowing or anything, but I still liked it. I wished the English translation was a bit better though, because I thought some passages were a bit awkward/clunky.

currently crying. i should stop reading sad books. beginning was a bit- rough? maybe? it is translated from japanese though so that could probably account for the incoherency at the start. cute though!! its giving that one bokuaka hospital fic but if it was actual good literary fiction. 4.5 stars bc the writing at the start was iffy, but overall rly enjoyed!
