So my Sandman reread got a little.. Sidetracked (more like completely forgotten for half a year, but let's go with sidetracked)
Just like the previous volume, this one got better upon rereading, i noticed seeds and foreshadowings of future stories and understood their importance, giving the story more impact. In this one we also got to see Desire, the Endless' most intriguing member in my opinion.
I liked this one better than the previous one and can't wait to reread the next volumes.

A little more scattershot in terms of plot and definitely not as compelling as the first volume. But the art style seems to be settling in more consistently.

Amazing. I love the way Gaiman weaves his understanding of the world, from mythology to comics to everything else you can think of into a unique world that makes you question your understanding of human existence. It's quite mind blowing. Excited to read Volume 3
