I really wanted to love this series but had to end it after the second book and just looked up how it ended in book 3. To much back and forth for me and the conversation seem to just randomly go in all different directions. 3.5 rating book 1 book 2 is a 3 and didn’t even try to read book 3

Eh, it was okay. Didn't realize that the second book was not a different story, but a continuation of this one.
