We listened to this together before school with my 7 year old. Here are his thoughts:
‘It was funny, a little sad, and had some weirdness. Wilbur was funny. ‘

Didn't read it as a kid. Reading it now as a 42 year old, just frankly in awe of E.B. White sitting down and thinking, cool, time to write a book about the passage of time, the inevitability of change and the acceptance of death! And he did. Really a beautiful thing.
Revisited this story and am crying just like a did as a kid from the touching relationship between Charlotte and Wilbur. Too many feels... makes me want to adopt a pig and name it Wilbur.
