this book is essentially a scientific theory of manifestation. Dispenza argues that the "observer effect" of quantum physics applies to reality, i.e. if you envision a future reality for yourself, you are effectively willing it into existence.
Dispenza's big leap happens quickly and early: the laws which are true at the subatomic level are also true at the macro-level of our lived experiences. i wish he had spent more time at this juncture. everything following this leap i found to be compelling and radically insightful, albeit repetitive at times.
i'm keen to give this all a shot, namely the meditations Dispenza recommends in the final part of the book. if only i wasn't already immersed in Sam Harris' meditation course...
