I enjoyed reading this book immensely and would recommend it to anyone who's not adverse to an occasional heavy read at times. It is both highly scientific and detailed but maintains the interest of a total layman, as my self, with its approachable use of language.
I would say that some of the accounts of 'the quantum field' in action are a little far out. The premise being that if you think about something enough it will come to pass because 'the quantum field' will bring it to you. If the book wasn't so well written, eloquent and superbly researched in every other area I would have imagined 'the quantum field' was ripped straight from the pages of a fantasy novel. My interpretation is that it is a figurative description of a being larger than yourself that you can believe in to bring good into your life, a little like religion for many people.
What this book does do very well is highlight that breaking down negative beliefs and attitudes and replace them with positive thinking and optimism in their place will reap rewards in your life in ways you may not have imagined. This book tells you ways you can implement these techniques in to your life for the better. Just reading this book has introduced me to a lot of new ways of thinking in my everyday life. There is a strong emphasis on meditation throughout this book which I have yet to put into action but intend to in the future.
Start this book with an open mind and an eye for taking away ideas and intentions you can introduce in your own life and you won't be disappointed.

Ignore the "qauntum" stuff, which is there ALOT. Anyhow the part 3 is all you need, mediation. That's alright.

I really enjoy the science parts when he explains the process, being a science girly myself, though I do wish that there was a bit of give in the ‘matter of fact’ tone. Pushing the idea of flow but being met with the rigidity of the words creates minor contradictions.

(DNF) I cannot believe I wasted my money on this awful book. And I am just being polite by calling it awful.
