## 📖 My Thoughts
The FMC lives in a sketchy part of the world where fighting is often and love from her mother is far between. She's then yeeted out by her Dad who throws her into a magical academy with very little info. She's then placed with 4 powerful men. This was an easy read, the characters aren't too deep. At the beginning I got the men mixed up but towards the end I was more secure. Most the mystery the character could actually just ask more about but the action moved quick enough I wasn't too bothered

Spice wasn't until half way properly, there was a little bit of tension but I think they felt stronger feelings first. Spice was mostly 1:1 but had some group scenes and I think there'll be a lot more in the next story

So many times, you'll find that academy RH romances are enemies to lovers. I wasn't really feeling that, so I'm relieved this one is kind of more friends to lovers. (Strangers to lovers? Strangers to quick friends and lovers?)
Raven assumes she's a Void - a person with no magic - after she turns eighteen with no powers. Despite this, she's forced to go to a prestigious academy that teaches students how to fight and control their abilities. She's able to fake it for a period of time, but surely it can't last long.
She's rooming with four guys who thankfully seem to accept her to an extent right off the bat. Between them and her new friends Leia, the academy isn't nearly as bad as she expected. If you can look past some catty girls and her older brother who despises her and wants her gone, of course.
Something big seems to be coming, if only they knew what it was!

The repetition is crazy and the only depth is the sexual kind. The writing is just so not good. Would not recommend.

Magic University with a girl who grew up without magic thinking she was nothing. The storytelling doesn't reallllly make up for the trope, and the romance is definitely second to the plot, and is extremely fast paced. Overall a good read, but could have been better!
